1. Acceptance

By enrolling in courses or making payments on Wings Institute of English Language (“we”, “us”, “the Institute”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Course Enrollment

• Admission is confirmed only after successful payment of the registration or course fee.
• Students must provide accurate personal details at registration. The Institute may refuse or cancel admission for false or incomplete information.

3. Payments & Receipts

• All online payments are processed through third-party gateways such as PhonePe. We do not store sensitive payment credentials on our servers.
• Payment confirmation will be sent via email/SMS/WhatsApp after successful transaction.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Please review our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy for details. In general, registration fees are non-refundable; course fee refunds are considered only in exceptional cases.

5. Attendance & Conduct

Students are expected to attend classes regularly and behave respectfully. The Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment for misconduct without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials (notes, slides, recordings) are the Institute’s intellectual property. Distribution, resale, or public sharing without written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high quality instruction, the Institute is not responsible for technical interruptions, third-party services, or specific outcomes such as employment. Our liability is limited to the course fee paid.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
