Return Policy

At Wings, we provide online services and digital access only. Since there are no physical products shipped, our return policy is different from typical product return policies.
1. No Physical Returns
We do not ship any physical products. Therefore, returns or exchanges of items are not applicable.
2. Service Activation & Refunds
Once a service has been activated or accessed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
3. Duplicate or Failed Transactions
If a payment is deducted but the service is not activated, please contact us immediately. Any duplicate/failed transactions will be verified and refunded within [5–7 business days] to the original payment method.
4. Student-Initiated Cancellation
If a student withdraws voluntarily after enrollment, the Institute does not generally provide refunds. Requests to transfer to another batch may be considered, subject to approval.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (PhonePe, UPI, card) within 7–14 working days. Processing time may vary by bank or payment provider.
